As Seen In: Our Francis Palmer Smith Project Featured in Southern Home

We loved seeing the Francis Palmer Smith project receive attention for its lovely before and after. This historic home required careful attention to restore the residence with the integrity it deserved. We are always thrilled to see residences feature in our favorite publications, and Southern Home never fails to impress. From the issue:

The January issue of Southern Home magazine features an amazing "before and after" of a historic Atlanta home recently completed by William T Baker. The house is located in Druid Hills, a Fredrick Law Olmstead designed neighborhood and was designed and built in 1926 by Francis Palmer Smith who was the Dean of the School of Architecture at Georgia Tech. The house had come upon hard times and was in a serious state of disrepair when Baker was engaged to restore and remodel the house.

Look for the January issue in your local bookstores to see the transformation of the house from the neighborhood eyesore to the neighborhood architectural treasure.

Be sure to look for this feature when your issue arrives and explore our project gallery to learn more about this remarkable home.
